السلام عليكم
منذ حوالي شهر تفاجأت بتورم ركبتي اليمنى علمًا، وعدم الراحة عند السجود.
وقمت بعمل صورة رنين مغتاطيسي، وكانت النتيجة كالتالي
Results:
Results:
The medial and lateral collateral ligaments are normal.
There is partial thickness horizontal tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus.
The ACL and PCL reveal moderate degenerative changes.
The lateral meniscus is normal.
There are chondral erosions of patellar facets.
The patellar and quadriceps tendon are normal.
The popliteal fossa is free of any expansile lesion.
No soft tissue masses are seen.
Conclusion:
The MRI of the right knee reveals no definite unstable meniscal or ligamentous tear.
Minimal chondromalacia patella.
لكن الطبيب قال لي مارس حياتك بشكل طبيعي دون أن يصف لي تمارين او أدوية – فهل من خطر
