طلب ترجمة تقرير - نوم متواصل و صداع شديد

لو سمحت اعاني من صداع شديد ونوم متواصل ودوخة وعدم اتزان وعملنا
Examination: Brain MRI using Open Magnet.
Techniques: - Axial T1, T2, FLAIR, Coronal T2, Sagittal T1 W Sequences.
- Diffusion weighted sequences.


وكانت نتيجة التقرير الاتي:
 No recent ischemic insult seen.
 Diffuse symmetrical ectasia of the supra-tentorial ventricular system; together with widening of the cortical sulci and Sylvian fissures, as well as prominence of the basal cisterns ... Involutional brain changes.
 Normal infra-tentorial ventricular system.
 No midline shift detected and no mass effect observed.
 No space occupying lesions identified.
 No significant signal alteration of the white matter.
 Normal structures of the posterior fossa, with no cervico-medullary junction abnormalities seen.
 No intra or extra axial collections detected.
 No gross vascular anomalies identified.
