بابا بيعاني من ضعف ذاكرة مش طبيعي الفترة اللى فاتت والدكتور طلب رنين مغناطيسي ودى نتيجته ممكن حد من الاطباء الافاضل والطبيبات الفضليات يقولى هل فى حاجه خطيرة لا قدر الله ولا لاء.. اشكركم مقدما
1. Widened cortical sulci, basal cisterns and extra -axial CSF spaces
2. Mild dilatation of the supra-tentorial ventricular system with no midline shift
3. Multiple bilateral foci and small areas of bright T2W1 and FLAIR signal are seen at the periventricular and subcortical deep white matter mainly at the frontal and parietal regions.
No surrounding perifocal edema or mass effect. They show facilitated diffusion with increased ADC value denoting chronicity.
4. Bilateral deep white matter periventricular sheets of bright T2 and FLAIR signal are seen denoting small arterial disease.
5. No intra or extra axial areas of fresh blood signal intensities its degeneration products.
6. Normal posterior fossa structure
