ألم وتنميل وخدران في الذراعين، وألم في العنق وأعلى الظهر بين لوحي الكتف، تم عمل رنين مغناطيسي للفقرات العنقية ولم يتم عرضه على الطبيب بعد، مرفق تقرير الرنين المغناطيسي، يرجى الاطلاع على التقرير والإفادة عن الحالة ويفضل شرح تفصيلي للمعلومات المذكورة بالتقرير فقد حاولت ترجمتها لكن المعلومات غير واضحة لي لوجود مصطلحات طبية. ومطلوب نصائح طبية بشأن حالتي من أجل سرعة الشفاء لأن الأمر اقترب من شهر ومعدل التحسن بطيء
MRI Findings:

• Straightened cervical curvature.
• Normal dimensions of the bony cervical spinal canal.
• Spondylodegenerative changes of the cervical vertebrae with antermarginal osteophytosls.
• C4-5 and C5-6 central disc protrusion seen effacing the subarachnoid space and indenting the cord.
• C6-7 left posterolateral disc herniation seen effacing the subarachnoid space, flattening the ventral aspect of the cord and encroaching on the corresponding left neural exit foramina.
• Normal MRI appearance of the cervical spinal cord and the cranio-cervical junction with no evidence of cord malacia, edema or syrinx formation.
• Normal marrow signal of the Imaged vertebrae, apart from degenerative marrow changes of the lower cervical vertebral end plates.
• No paraspinal signal abnormalities.

Conclusion:
Cervical spondylotic changes with multi-level disc lesions
