اختبار الحمى التيفودية واعراضها ارتفاع فى درجات الحرارة والقىء والتهاب الشعب الهوائية ويمكن ان تسبب تليف فى الكبد .

If +ve the tite is 6 mgd and we wi epeat by the fwing vaes:
-The sem dited by saine by the ati 1 : 1 [mix1] .
Then take 10 µ f mix with 10 µ f eagent and tate f 3 min.
If -ve s the est 6 mgd .
If +ve s the tite 12 mgd and epeat by the fwing vaes :
-The mix wi dited by saine by the ati 1 : 1 the sem dited by saine by ati
1 sem : 2 saine [mix2].
Then take 10 µ f mix2 with 10 µ eagent and tate f 3 min.
