COLOR CODED DUPLEX STUDY:

Both testes show normal vascular anatomy of the cremasteric, capsular and centripetal arteries.

Rt. centripetal arteries show a normal flow velocity 18 cm/sec,

13 cm/sec.

**Lt. centripetal arteries show a normal flow velocity

-No evidence of testicular torsion or ischemia.

-No evidence of inflammatory disorders, epididymitis or orchitis,

-No evidence of testicular tumors or lymphoma.

Right testis revealed: Dilated venous channels at rest. The peritesticular veins measure 2.2 mm in diameter. They show increased flow with Valsalva maneuver.

Left testis revealed: Dilated venous channels at rest. The peritesticular veins

measure 4.3 mm in diameter. They show increased flow with Valsalva maneuver.

SONOGRAPHIC IMPRESSION:

Right epididymal head cysts/spermatoceles.

Right grade I refluxing varicocele.

• Left grade II refluxing varicocele.
