isthmus appears slight heterogenous in echopattern without obvious focal lesion the right lobe measuring about 1.0 x 1.4 x 5 cm. The left lobe measuring about 1 x 1.3 x 4 cm. The isthmus measuring about 0.3 cm. Both submandibular glands and parotid glands appear unremarkable. Benign looking cervical lymph nodes with preserved fatty hila.
