4. eave the tw tbes in wate bath f 10 mintes in m tempeate f 20 mintes . نتركهم لمدة 5 دقائق فى حمام دافىء او فى حرارة الغرفة 10 دقائق
5. se the wave ength 500 nm f measing . نقيس عند طول موجى 500
