كيفكم وشو أخباركم
ان شاء الله في هالموضوع راح أكتبلكم كل يوم عن الmediina hemisty لدواء معين وشكل الhemia stte فيه

أولا)أبدأ عن ال imetidine (سيميتيدين) وهو عبارة عن H2 eept antagnist



يحتوي هذا المركب على حلقة imidaze الضرورية لعمل المركب ويجب ان يكون هناك 4 ذرات تفصل الimidaze ing عن الN atm
MA:الدواء يبطل عمل الهيستامين في خلايا المعدة لذلك فهو يقلل من افراز حامض الH من هذة الخلايا
استعمالاته:1)ستعمل هذا الدواء لعلاج dyspepsia (عسر الهضم)
2) يستعمل لعلاج الGED (الحرقة)
في الماضي كان يستعمل لعلاج القرحة لكن بسبب الاثار الجانبية لجئ الاطباء الى استعمال الPPI مثل الmepaze
مثال لأسم تجاري له :(Tagamet)
ثانيا) famtidine



وهو ايضا عبارة عن H2 eept antagnist لكن في هذا المركب تم استبدال imidaze ing ب ganidinthiaze ing لذلك يعتبر أقوى 30 ضعف من الemitidine
وله نفس استعمالات السيميتيدين ولكن أثاره الجانبية اقل.
الاسم التجاري :Pepid

اريد فقط ان اضيف بعض المعلومات بدايتا imetidine
1-the main side effet f imetidine inhibite p450 and mixed fn. xygenase.
2-يستعمل في الاغلب للddena e.
3-dse ,300mg ,4 times daiy
اما بالنسبه لل famtidine
1-as se t inhibiting bth basa and stimated seeatin f gasti aid.
2-dse , 40mg daiy 20mg twie daiy.

وايضا لدي مداخله صغيره وهي ان :
famtidine me ptent twenty times than imetidine,nt 30 time.
ارجو ان تكون هذه المعلومات نفعا لكم ,

يحتوي هذا المركب على benzimidaze ing وهي الاهم لعمل المركب.

استعمالاته: 1) عسر الهضمdyspepsia) )
2) pepti e disease (القرحة المعدية)
يستعمل مع ال aithmyin and metnidaze للقضاء على البكتيريا المسببة للقرحه بالمعدة التي تسمى H.pyi
3) Zinge-Eisn syndme وهو نوع من أنواع السرطان بالمعدة عافاكم الله
4) GET
