اعتقد ان سبب هذا المرض هي حشوة الاملغم الي غالبا ما تسبب هذا
و هي عبارة عن تغير للون الانسجة الفمويه ينتج عن يقاء او سقوط لجزيئات الاملغم
اثناء العلاج في جروح مفتوحة داخل الفم
